Login into internet banking services.
Select Bills Option
Select Bills/Transfer payment
Choose View Payment made
Enter the From and To date for the transaction done (as per format)
Select Retrieve
Choose payee name
The SRN/PRN no. displayed is the CIN number which customer has to enter in taking duplicate challan.
